We explore deep listening, body and voice warm ups, key music-making principles, the power of intention, support structures, free improvisation, soloing, ensemble work, creative expression as offering. Activities are primarily drawn from MFP techniques. Feel free to express your intentions and needs as you register. Supportive and playful atmosphere. No experience required.
